Client Portal

WhippleWood CPAs, PC has implemented a new Client Portal. The Portal is designed to allow you to share documents with our firm and exchange revisions, comments and other files. This allows both parties to collaborate in real time.

To access the Portal, please download the small and user-friendly Client App software from the URL below. Note: you may need to copy the URL into your Web browser if it does not display as a link:

The above link provides three options for downloading the software package: an executable file (.exe), a .zip file and a cabinet (.cab) file. The link also includes a User Guide that provides additional instructions for downloading, installing and configuring the software.

Once you launch the Portal App, the software will ask you to answer three security questions to officially register who you are. Should you need to run the App on other computers in the future, these three security questions will be used to authenticate your identity. This is done for security/privacy purposes.

We encourage you to launch the software and enter the required information as soon as possible so that the system can register your profile. This will block other potential threats or intruders. The security of your private information is our highest priority. All data transferred to and from the Portal is encrypted and completely secure, as are the authentication of who you are as a user and which of your computers are authorized to access the Portal.

Once logged in, you can drag and drop files and/or folders from your Windows Explorer directly into the Portal App. You can also browse the folders and search for documents in the Portal.
